About the runflats, the sidewall is rather stiff which contributes to a rough ride, but that does allow for quick turn in, something I doubt the PS2s can parallel.

I think the PS2 are overpriced. If you want something in that price range might as well go with the Goodyear F1 GSD3.
If you want something less pricey, but with the same performance pedigree, I'd suggest the Yokohama AVS Sport.

Since you live in Florida I would really suggest Bridgestone Potenza RE050A NORMAL NON-RUNFLAT. These are, IMO, the best tyres for dry handling and steering response. They are also the standard tyres on the Ferrari Enzo

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
I would go for either the Michelins or Continental SportContact2 but not Pirelli's.
I have heard so much "dirt" about the Pirelli's.
