I am doing a M5 front and rear bumper mod to my 04 545i, however I am running in to fitment isssues with the front bumper. I have Seibon fenders and OEM M5 front bumper. Wondering if I have the wrong bumper, does being lci matter or not? If so, is that the problem I am having? Or did I get a little screwed on those fenders? (fyi, fitting them to the car took some adjustment-finally got them to line up with the doors, but huge gabs with the hood (Seibon as well)).

Not familiar with Seibon Fenders? but M5 fenders are slightly wider than non M5 E60 so to put OEM M5 Front bumper on is possible but there are plenty of posts that indicate people have had problems fitting correctly. The rear M5 bumper goes on ok, but the front doesn't fit right-- too wide, but in your pics it looks too narrow I guess due to the Seibon Fenders? there are plenty of guys on this Forum that could help. Call Joe at Trinity Autosport. He should be able to assist.

Some of the parts listed above won't have much an impact on overall fitment as you're seeing (clips, covers, mesh grid,...), but things like shocks and carrier may have more of an impact on overall fitment. I'd present this list to your body shop and have them go over it looking for clues to the problem. Good luck.

I have the same fitment on my M5 front bumper on the sides also, but not that noticeable. I do have the shortned end where the bumper meets the fender on the side like yours. I think for a perfect fitment you would need to get an M5 fender.
