I think they are just doing diagnostics scans and maybe clear some errors for free, but not programming.

I think he permanently wants the chime disabled, so that would take some reprogramming...

Oh, I misread it, but if they can reprogram it for a decent price I have no problem with that either

Just a quick follow up ~ I went to EAS to have them unprogram the infamous seat belt chime. Only cost $65 and I was in and out in 15 minutes! Great service and well worth the price for a piece of mind to not have to listen to the damn chime go off every time you start and/or park the car to get out while its still running...

Thanks for all the input and help everyone, this board saves time, money and headaches.
