Yes! I succeeded to make Navigation professional 2008-2 DVD (with Eastern Europe) to work on my BMW
If indeed my 2006 E61 Sat Nav reader accepts certain type of DVD media, which type is best for me? I would really appreciate an answer...

Anybody knows if these maps are dedicated for specific firmware? If so, how do I check my firmware version, how do I upgrade it and which maps run of which navigation type?

Good news for Baltic states!
Out is BMW Navigation 2009-1. There is at least very good quality maps of Latvia capital city - Riga. All smallest streets and many objects !!!
I noticed that just missing new bridge, what was opened on 17th November.
Outside Riga the same - only some key roads.
