My Results with R1 Concepts Rotors
Looks really good
I love my R1 cd/s rotors also. These rotors withstood numerous bedding attemps to get rid of an annoying squeel, only to find out I had the wrong type of brake pads (Axxis Ultimates  ) I put back my OEM pads and no warps nor any squeel since, and the bite and stopping is much improved.
Now show them off with some 166's lol

I found out after the fact that these pads are geared more towards track use vehicle (a rep just wanted to sell me these  ) and not for your daily driver. It is made of some special ceramic formulation that can withstand extremely higher temperatures and will perform a whole lot better with high heat. Our daily driver (5er) doesn't get near as hot. These pads WILL squeel (like a horny cat at midnight!)
I'd strongly suggest you change out your pads also when replacing your rotors, if not, then those pads will more than likely cause your new rotors to warp. Don't take that chance. There are a number of factors that can cause a rotor to warp, re-useing old pads are one of them.

+1
I just had my first experience with Trinity today and it was all positive. I waited until the last minute to order brakes, and Trinity got them for me same day. R1 slotted rotors and Posi-quiet ceramic pads. Still in the break in period, but no squeaks and good pedal feel.
