Those are authentic HRE's. However, the VMR 710's are a perfect replica almost but for way less! Anyways those 7 spoke rims are amazing, I agree. I'm going to just buckle and get the goddam lip anyways. I'm going to screw the damn thing on and when Winter comes I'm going to screw it off! All there is to it.

This pic here shows an iPHONE which is 4.5471300105" long. Looks like you have about 3.75" of clearance. How tall are speed bumps? lol

Do it!!! That's my plan also, to remove in the winter unless I plan on clearing the way for everyone else behind me.

That set up would not last 5 minutes here in Copenhagen --- here's my M-Sport 550 with the standard M-Sport suspension (15mm lower) parked up against the curb, like you have to do in many places around the city. Now just imagine I had lowered my car and fitted a splitter...

I hope you live in area with kinder parking than we have here! That said, I get the impression that you simply need to accept that you have to be more aware of how/where you drive and accept that it will scrape underneather from time to time. The Hamann splitter you have is the best one for the M5 IMHO, so I hope you are able to fit and post up some pics!

The whole parking block thing is simple... just don't hit the block . It took me a little while to gauge it, but now I'm pretty good at it. If not, I try to use the reflection in the car next to me to see how far I have or I go really slow and love tap the parking block. The look of the lip with a drop is totally worth it!
