First of all, you want to check your credit card statement. They have no right to bill your card until the exhaust is shipped. Second of all the company you bought it from should do all the leg and contact work. They were wrong to refer you to anyone else.
^^^
Actually they already charged the CC. And also the only information they provide are those email replies I posted above. I dont get any concrete information from them.
They may not be scamming me but the delay is not acceptable.

18 days have passed since this posting. Here is the update:
On Thursday 22nd, Eurosportdesign says the exhausts has arrived in the US. But currently they are being "distributed by carrier to the warehouse and it would take 2-4 days for the warehouse to receive them" AND "then the warehouse will ship to you and you will get your tracking number."
So by the end of this month, May 30th, I would have no power through MasterCard to pull money out as the 60 day money back guarantee period would be over.
I understand that manufacturing has its issues, but should I wait any longer?

Normal procedures for scammers are to keep you on the hook until the 60 day credit card recall passes. I would contact the seller and advise them that due to lack of stock you are recalling your credit card payment. Advise them that once they have the part in stock and are ready to ship you will
send them a new payment by credit card, this way you do not have to watch the clock and live with this anxiety.
With a second payment ( You should use a different credit card) the 60 days would restart with the second transaction
If they are a reputable company they will see the wisdom of your actions and let you know when the part arrives. Win/Win situation for both parties.

+1 Sounds like good advice. If the exhaust is indeed on it's way, then you should be able to pay for it when it arrives.
Its here! After 60 days since ordering, I received my exhaust. It came in a almost 4ft long box, the packing wasnt all that great. Pics below.
So here is my take on this entire thing: I got about $230 off from the original cost of the exhaust from eurosportdesign.com, but most likely the guy there didnt tell me that it was a "group buy" price. AND, I had to wait till sufficient number of orders were filled and my order was submitted to Eisenmann.
Nonetheless, I prefer someone telling me on my face it would take 60 days since you got a discount. Lets see how it would sound! Thanks to all those who responded and supported.
