Wow nick, your ride is sitting low. Looks sweet! Do you feel a big difference? How is the brake dust?

The difference is huge

I can't tell about dust amount because pads have a bending paste on them that has to wear down so I could push them hard and check about dust.
Also, I have not wash rims from previous brakes dust yet, but there is not much amount of dust on them. Axxis deluxe brake pads were "low dust" pads too.

compared to the stock 310 mm plain rotors. I could say 4 times better braking efficiency.

alex how much did that cost, and can it go onto my E60 2006 530d?
Let me know that cost please

Anyway, in my country 545i brakes cost something like 1000 pounds and M5 brakes less than 2000 pounds .
550i has (a little!) better brakes compared to 545i, but it would be not so convenient, to upgrade from 530d to 545i/550i ... You could think about M5 brakes, new lines, dot5 oil: you would brake 2 times better than now .
The M5 brakes better than a 545i of 10 metres from 100 MPH to zero : it means crash @30 mph or don't crash .
Even more than 10 metres, because the 545i is lighter than the M5, of about 150 Kg .
Finally, on the B5 I have seen 760iL brakes, but is a stupid choice imho, because they are powerful for sure, but with no drilled rotors the fade problem remains .
