Basically what's happening here is that the bulb/LED is not bright enough for it to not lose temperature when it travels to the low beam rings. Drop in temperature is normal due to how the angel eye fiber optics work, same way with John's HID AE (for 6000k, you want to get 8000k, etc).

So most likely there's nothing wrong with your angel eyes, it's just not very bright.

 

The AE's shouldn't be green...but like John said try buffing it out...either way we'll warranty them out for you
