They aren't. I asked not one but two local speed shops and both said that the only use you'll get out of them is if you're tracking your car. You get plenty of ventilation to your front brakes by just driving. Think about it, your rear tires have no brake ducts and they do just fine.

I assume the 1st pick is Mtech, and the second pick is M5. If so, I agree that the M5 looks more aggressive.
