I bought an Mtech front bumper from Umnitza and I'm now installing it on my '06 525xi. My current issue is that the mounting location above the lower grill is too far out from the original mounting holes. So basically when I put the bumper on the holes there align with the foam. There is a difference of about 2-3 inches from the original mounting holes and the ones on the mtech bumper. I saw something on the M5 conversion that included some bracket extenders for this mounting location.

How did you guys get around this? DIY mod?
