MTEC angel eyes are plug and play as far as I know, remove your old bulb and install your new ones. No modification or splicing etc. involved.

Hi,

What you think these are like compared to the original bright led angel eyes on the newer bmw's? Not so much in terms of brightness but more looks wise?

I am interested but don't want ones that look tacky/cheap like some I have seen on other cars

Never had the chance to compare the two together. As for these, many members have posted their reviews. I love them!!! Much cleaner and nicer look than the yellow/orange original angel eyes.

that does look much brighter than the original...

Can someone chime in on the difference between the V2 and V2.1...I currently have the V2 and debating whether or not I should get the V2.1 or the Orion. Of course the Orion is much brighter but it cost more and I might have to pay additional for the installation.

Thanks
