I am starting to get the rim itch, and thinking about switching to a set of 19's really soon. The leading contenders are the Beyern Mesh in Gloss black Beyern mesh in Gloss Black"], with a chrome lip. I know, a lot of people don't like 19's with the lip, but i dont think in this rendition, it looks too bad. I also live in Chicago, and definitely not interested in going 20 inches with our streets. I also work for the public, don't want to pull up in a flashy dubbed out car. Tho this is negligible as the brand of car kinda speaks for itself.
I think the chrome lip will add enough so that I wont need to change ALL of the chrome out on the car.. It does have shawdowline, so there isn't much. Just maybe do the lettering, and MAYBE kindey's to black. Anyone with a similar setup of this combination?

I started a thread a while back about the shadowline on Monaco Blue because I'm considering removing the chrome from my car. I wonder if all black goes well on the Monaco, I'd love to see yours. I was thinking about trying to matte the chrome so it keeps some light accents, but again not sure how that would look.
I think, if you have an LCI, that the front bumper strip could be changed to black if you're doing the grills. If I went to black I'd like to have the trim and grills, and front strip, painted gloss black instead of matte. Body color grill surround would be nice too.

My Ride: 07 530i Mystic Blue
I don't have Monaco Blue but, here's my Mystic Blue with Matte Black wheels - 19' Avant Garde M310s. ** Pictures on my car came out lighter**
Monaco Blue and Black combo will look nice.
As you mentioned, 19's with a lip will look smaller than you think when installed.

Ive always like your ride bro! I have Mystic Blue Mettalic also pretty much stock besides audio & license plate LED's. Looking to start my exterior mods this year sometime. Can you tell me what type of trunk spoiler you have and how much I can expect to pay? Thanks and nice job on the ride.
