I haven't rev'd that high in neutral to know. At 4,500 in gear rolling, it didn't sound as load as that, altough I was obviously in the cabin driving. My guess is that Dinan is not as aggressive sounding as that system.

No drone, just a good throaty sound.

uh, you're kidding me right?
the m5 in that video has evosport headers, no catalytic converters, eisenmann section 1 and 2 in place of resonators, and eisenmann meistershaft muffler (louder than eisenmann's standard race). more info about that car is available on m5board.
i know the video doesn't convey volume well, but our cars won't sound anything like that car with only a dinan muffler.

Day two with the new Dinan exhaust and throttle body. Got in the car aftet work today and the "Service Engine Soon" idiot light was on on the dashboard. The car is idling weird. Will jump from 700 rpm at idle to around 1,200. I assume it's the throttle body throwing the computer off. Talked to the mechanic at the dealer and he wants me to bring the car in so he can read the codes and clear the computer.

Any one have any thoughts?
