I'm trying to find the LED that has the same color as the M5 Ventilation seat button. Its blueish / baby blue color. I can't seem to find it! bah!

But yes, it is too bright. gotta wait a week for new LEDS. bah!

Mike you should try some tri colour SMD LEDs and then you could create any colour you wanted.

Not really. Just take apart the middle trim, unplug 3 harnesses.

Bring the piece back home, take out a few Torque screws and you have access to the LED boards.

Use a SMD LED Desolder and then solder the new LEDS and viola, done.

Set up 3 controllable voltage lines for Red, Green and Blue hooked up to 3 potentiometers, use the original switch line to trigger each switch in a tripple analog SPDT switch IC run the three voltages into it's own switch and then out to the LED. There you have fully adjustable colour LEDs.

^ add some plutonium and get it to 88mph

surprised it took you so long to try this nig...def too bright for my taste...but for putting in the work

I was lazy and also didnt want to buy a SMD desoldering iron.. so i made from. I gotta love the internet, made one for $25 bucks. =)
