+2 But I think we should split the Parts, Accessories and Mods into multiple subforums.

Back When I had a IS300 I would visit their forum.
They broke it up into these subforums: Engine Mods, Exterior Mods, Interior Mods, Wheels, Audio, and Lighting.

Just a suggestion though, anyway is it possible for the battery in the E60 to handle two amps???
I have two amps with no problems.

yes, but you would have to run capacitors to the amps. so it won't drain your battery....

Would one of these work???

Buying a capacitor is a waist of money, please spend sometime on a good car audio forum. i canr believe some of the advice you guys give. have you heard of the big 3 upgrade? getting a better battery? or replacing the alternator?

Ya but, look at the price of an alternator for these cars, A capacitor is a cheat substitution.

Dude 2 solo x's in an e60 is crazyy, it must kick harddd. Generally 1 farad is good for 1000watts Rms, so for 3000watts rms which is what your running 3farad should be ok, and remember the class D monoblock amps are alot more efficient than class a/b. Post some pics of you install man, i wana see this
