Great job Jeff. I love my AFE and Magnaflow too. It completely changes the whole feel of the car. Every day when I start the car up, it puts a smile on my face.
Congrats!

My Ride: I have a 2007 Black Sapphire BMW 530i with SMG. It has the auburn interior, has PDC, Sports Package, Premium Package, rear automatic sunshades with manual side sunshades, 35% black tint, Upgraded angeleyes from Angelibrights, and Logic 7 Sound System
Model Year: 2007
why did u pay so much to get the intake installed? I mean, it should have been no more than $100 tops. Installing the intake is not that hard, especially with the right tools...Nice exhaust note through!

Jeffs,
Can they produce another system to sell the mirrors your setup? I would like the same setup but am in NJ. I also have an exhaust fabricator I deal with. Maybe he could do the same type setup. What is the model or part number for that muffler/tips?

Yeah, that's weird it cost so much. I paid my shop $50 to install my AFE CAI. Maybe took them an hour at tops.
Nice...I like the exhaust note, but wondering could that be the echo inside the garage? I'll think 10 times to pay that much to install the intake, r u sure that that price did not include the intake?

I regret to tell you that I don't have any pics, but it shouldn't be a problem for your exhaust guy to replace the REAR resonators with straight pipes. Your 545i should sound identical to my 550.

Actually, Anthony got that exhaust after hearing mine at his dinner meet back in November. It's great. You can't go wrong, especially for the price.
It's Magnaflows 14815 model. I paid $125 or so, from PerformancePeddler. I paid another $75 to have a new back pipe inserted, bent and welded to it.
Combine the AFE CAI with the Magnaflow and add on the Sprint Booster and you have yourself a whole new car!
