are they all staggered set up? i had nightmares when i had my avus 501 b/c of the staggered setup since i couldnt rotate. another problem w/ the avus was they bend easy which is funny considering the 6k price tag. yes theyre 3piece but in the end they were a 3piece of sh*t. so besides the staggered are the bmw oem M series rims tuff??

thanks..

Quality is good to go, not sure I've ever read any threads regarding bending or cracking on OEM M wheels, only the replica M wheels. I believe all M wheels are the staggered set-up as this is to give it a better handling and performance profile. If you are worried about the rotation, I think there are wheels that you can rotate right/left so help slow the inner wall wear due to camber. Try using the upper right search bar as well, as stated before there are a few threads on OEM M wheels. GL

e60.net information also gives some info on wheels..

when you get the chance, might want to post some info about your location as well as e60 specs i.e.: xi or i, sport or non sport, etc...helps to answer any future q's.

We can do the replica M6 wheels for you in 19" or 20" which are all JWL and VIA certified so they are built to factory standards in terms of strength and construction. They also feature a factory style 5 step paint coat process with machined outer spokes and gunmetal inner spokes, just like the OEM wheels. We can package these together with tires and OEM TPMS Sensors preinstalled if you need a complete package, feel free to give us a call or drop us an email

If you don't like staggered set up, just buy 4 fronts (8.5 x 19) and use two of them for the rears. I think member RSyed has thi set up precisely for rotation.

Unfortunately there is nothing to protect wheels (whether forged or cast) from getting damaged. If you hit a big enough pot hole or at high enough speeds your wheels will be susceptible to damages regardless of how strong they are. With that being said, the M6 and M5 reps that we carry have been sold to customers living such states as New York and New Jersey which are pot holes galore and they have been perfectly fine.
