When you remove your USA license plate mounting frame, you'll have the screws that you need.
Simply stick the finisher in place, and then mount the USA plate frame through the holes in the finisher. This will secure the finisher and plate holder in place.
The mount your license tag to the frame.
You may need to cut new holes in the license tag itself, or cut the tag.
I had to cut my tag.

I have the Euro style/shape plates but I assume the procedure will be the same.

My trunk lid finisher just arrived 
(the european version) i ordered thru my dealer and cost me $145 plus tax... I just asked my buddy at the bosyshop to apint ir and he will charge me $50 bucks and have it ready tomorrow will post some pictures...
now need to get the AC rear diffuser as eurocarfan car...(my idol now) but with dual openings
