Can someone show me what an M5 trunk finisher looks like? Is it the same thing as the M Spoiler?

No it isn't the same but it is , the trunk lid finisher is the red piece on the picture
And the green one is the Hamann spoiler.

You see the trunk lid finisher hasn't got the extra hole for the key...

What do you do with the key hole when you install the trunk finisher? just leave it on the inside of the trunk? I think I've never actually used the key to open the trunk but just curious

The keyhole in the trunklid is only for locking the trunk. It prevents the trunk release button in the cabin from opening the trunk. That way, a valet can't get into the trunk.

The funny part is.... the E60 doesn't really come with a "valet key". They have that plastic thing, but it says not for continued use.

My Ride: E60 M5, F85 X5M

You can get it from EuroRev in Southern California or at your local dealer. I think they go for about $150 unpainted. You can probably also try sending a PM to quad_m.
