I stumbled upon this site that claims they make replica M5 side mirrors. I just emailed them to give me a few details about the side mirrors, such as compatibility (plug & play?) because I know that 2006+ have a ribbon style harness on the side mirrors. I'm really anal about getting replicas, but I just can't justify paying $1000 for some side mirrors just yet, so if these are a nice alternative then I am open to the idea.
Anyway has anyone ordered from these guys before? If so, please give us a review!

Most replica will not have some of the following features.
1. Electrochromatic glass.
2. Puddle lights
3. Fold-in feature
4. Auto dipping when in reverse.
If you're not interested in these features then get them.
Also many of the replica's are simply shells and they need you to transplant your current mirror internals into the new mirror. That is actually a good thing because then you are assured that all your existing features continue to work.

Hihi I think they are cheaper than my mirrors
450 euro??
But NO auto dimming glass, NO Memory,NO puddele led lights., auto folding?? i don't now, i think they are even NOT heated. Rsyed have email thosr guys 6+ months ago.

Check with them whether they are for LHD. The problem with ca automotive was that they were for RHD.
One other issue - they were not so much cheaper than the OEMs 530dA offered, so for me it was a no-brainer..

ps. @Seydi: guess where i got my m3 mirrors from. Yet again from Holland - den Haag. I have no idea why you dutch have cheap access to german parts produced in Austria

Even is oem expemsiver oem is always better, wit bad replica's you will get a lot of problems, it fitt not 100% no autodimming functions, no pudelle led lights. when you drive fast the mirror wil be go up and down.
@ rumman, you buyd those things in Den Haag?? i don;t now that some body selling in denhaag?? you recived them??
