I've purchased my M5 mirrors from a guy who has already modified the wirings and sockets in order to fit them onto a regular e60.

But when I remove the stock mirrors, it has 3 sockets in total connecting to the door panals wirings. But the M5 mirrors I have only has 2 sockets for me to connect to so there's 1 socket from the door panal left unplug. This one socket has only 2 wires connect to it. With the 2 sockets that I've already pluged in, I still have power mirror, auto dip, heated and auto dimming features, but the paddle lamp on the M5 mirrors just doesn't turn on when I press the buttons on the remote or open door or .......

So does anyone know:
1. What is that socket with the 2 wires controlling? Or does anyone has a TIS diagram of the wirings for the side mirror?
2. Will I be able to get the paddle light working on a regular US/Canada spec e60? (provided that there's no paddle lamp on my stock mirrors.)
3. With this new/special switch panal, would I be able to have the folding features?
