Beleive me they are very nice in person (though M5 mirrors are also much better in flesh) and they are better than the standard OEM. But a lot depends on which car you have. As for me if I go with ACS aerokit I wud take ACS mirrors if I go with M-kit+ACS extension I wud take M5 mirrors provided they support the extra functions. Also one shud take into account dimensions as the M-mirrors are much longer.

U R right, exactly if you have ASC as your clos eto Achen you go for it and buy the ASC mirror, if some wants the M5 mirror: they buy it, or buy an M5

Me I will have sometimes a Hamann kit so, either I put a Hamann mirror-it does not exsists or leave the stock.
Guys it is only a damn mirror, so you drive an E60 that what is matter, not a MERC

Yeah at the price ACS mirrors(respectively about 800 EUR with VAT, paint,instal incl.) start to look now much more attractive

3 questions:
- Are you sure that EUR 1,505 is VAT excl. as dealers usually give brutto price?
- I understand that they are the retrofit mirros from the accessories brochure. Do they support all the respective functions: autofolding, heating, memory position,dimming,tilting-down,ground lighting function?
- Are they immly available?

Hey everybody!!!

I've also asked the price at my dealer in Belgium, still no answer!

First, my intention was to get the AC mirrors, but when I saw the M Sport Package Mirrors, I wanted them!

But my dealer told me that my car comes with the original mirrors and afterwards they will install the M mirrors.

Isn't it possible that the dealer takes the originals back?? They can always use them in case of a E60 with a broken or damaged mirror.
