no it is a 525d.
The car is indeed high off the ground, but sometimes it looks low. If you put the car on a straight way, the car looks fine, but on that parking, the car is high, at that picture is the car very high.

I doubt that the heigth would vary, but for sure there are some differances in the spring and shocks
between different E60 do to differant weigh of the cars equipment and engines.
And I'm sure that the car will "lower itself" do to milage and years, not much, but a centimeter or so anyway.
