My M-tech kit should arrive tomorrow, although my installation appointment is not until March 8.
I was thinking I might have enough time to order some replacement foglamp bulbs to match my existing Xenon headlights. Then I could get them installed at the same appointment, to make things easier.
What is the temp of the standard Xenon headlamps?
Where should I order some xenon foglamp bulbs to match the headlamps?

My Ride: 530iA Silver Grey , black interior. Premium Package, Navigation System, Head-up Display, Radio Satellite, Adaptive Xenon Headlights. AC Schnitzer Front Lip, H&R springs, Rear red reflector, All season Floor mat,
The standard xenon healdlight is 4200k.. someone in the forum recently just installed 4150k fog light to his car, pretty matching IMO.
You may try installing your fog light yourself, seems to be an easy job..
Ops, yeah it's stream who has the 4150k fog light.
AND PLEASE POST SOME PICS AS SOON AS THE KIT HAS BEEN INSTALLED!

I don't know yet what my install price will be, but it will not be cheap.
I am having my BMW dealer install the kit, because I am very concerned about my Active Cruise Control. I hear that if you don't get the radar aimed properly, then the Active Cruise won't work well.
I would hate to have some local body shop mess up the Active Cruise while installing the new bumper. Better for me to pay BMW the hourly labor rate, and have people who specialize on the E60 handle everything.
I'll let you know when I get the work done. And of course I'll have some pics.

Thanks, and appreciate your thoughts on the ACC, as I have it as well.

When I picked up my kit I asked the dealer if it would fit in the touring with the seats down. There was just laughter on the other side of the phone, then he told me that not even a single side-skirt would fit.
When I arrived there with a lorry I finally got the point. The bumper boxes alone seem to be the size of a dorm room!
Anyways, enjoy the kit.
Mine is still filling up my garage waiting for me to install it.
