Before I left, they said there were problems since it wasn't oem. he basically said it wouldn't fit better than what they finally did, but at the time i didn't notice the imperfections w/ install. I'll talk to them tomorrow. Just wondering if there was a quick fix.

And your still giving thanks and props, these guys at Trinity must be lacing the parts with something for these rave reviews!

Seriously, call Trinity they should be able to help you out though, they sound like a reputible shop with good customer service.

This part should not have even made it to you, thats a pretty bad defect. Now I'm rethinking my bumper purchase since I live in a cold climate and would be so pissed!

Hope you get a replacement bumper and install for free, that would be the fair thing to do. Surprised your shop didnt notice that on the test fit.

I'm not sure if this is a molding problem, when I took it out of the box it looked like this...it didn't look like how it does now, bulge wise.

I remember seeing someone else posting about the same problem but can't find it in the search.

I can see how it doesn't show much on those pics of it being unpainted, but it seems to show more and more at certain angles... and be hardly noticeable at others. Maybe the original pics you took before having it painted and installed were at more favorable angles.
