So how is it a "safest" mod? You mean in the sense that it is the best fitment or something?
Honestly, I'm not too sure about your assessment. I'm doing a lot of research right now and it looks like the best mod is to get the Centric rotots and Hawk pads. Although the stoptech pads are looking really good too. either way, you are reducing the unsprung weight and gaining braking performance, albeit at the cost of worse wear and tear on the pads and rotors. Also, you can't turn drilled and slotted rotors, so that may be a bummer to some. But overall - especially at the pricepoint I'm being quoted (Anthony@BimmerBrakes FTW btw
) - it is hard to argue with this setup.

) - it is hard to argue with this setup.It's rather difficult to overheat a OE brake nowadays except you're doing excessive late braking for a continuous spirited driving?
