Sorry if this is the wrong section, it's about a mod so I figured I'd post it here.

I'm having some difficulties here in Dubai of trying to find someone who knows autologic pretty well, and Autologic the company hasn't been very responsive (like, no response at all). Any gurus around that I can pick the brain of? Much appreciated!

dirk, in the UK a subscriber to autologic gets full live 24/7 help they just call up ask for the BMW section, and talk to a dedicated wizard who if they cant solve it will write a dedicated program whilst you wait.
ask your man to call them...if hes paid up?

autologic themselves wont help you as its trade/subscriber only...those machines plus the back up is circa ?40k

There's a pretty strong language barrier, plus a real possibility he's not a subscriber. I'm not sure though, since he's supposedly doing an upgrade to the autologic software, maybe he's subscribing? His english is just really bad though. That's why I was hoping to find someone pretty familiar with the device but... oh well! We're trying it again in the morning, wish me luck.

No news yet - Apparently he's been in touch with autologic and he got a software upgrade on his computer today so I'm hoping that solves it. I'm meeting him at the garage in the afternoon tomorrow to give it a shot.
