Do any of those lug bolts mentioned above actually look like the stock bolts, black with dished heads? I'm trying to find some that matched the stock look.

No, those ones are clearly different.

The heads are near flat.

Look at the stock ones, there's a deep, almost semi-circle dish in them.

In lieu of using spacers like a 10mm or 12mm, could I opt for a wider tire like maybe a 285 or 295/30/19?
I'm moving the tire out 10mm, then a 10mm wider tire would only move out 5mm, since the tire will sit center on the rim and half of the width would be on each side of center of the rim right?
So, if we go with that thinking:
A 295 tire would then occupy the 10mm the spacer would be moving out and fill the back of tire out 10mm where the 275 tire was originally. So, in theory, the 295 tire would fit on an M5 166 rear rim on a non-M5 E60, right?

To me, my logic makes sense, but this is not my area of expertise.
To someone who does know, does this make sense?
Or am I just off in another dimension?

Depends on what width wheel you're moving up to.

This is on an M5 166 rim on a regular non-M5 E-60 with the sports suspension.

9.5" is not wide enough to mount a 295mm tire without a lot of sidewall wiggle, and the associated problems that causes.

You won't have any issues running 285 or 295 tires but make sure the wheel width is 10 or above and your offset is proper.
