Actually, yes, a LM that has the adaptive feature supported will allow you to use AHL capable headlights. However, like I said in a different thread, it will require you to install rear leveling sensors and other shebang as well.

Does the E61 require additional sensors above those are there controlling the rear suspension ?
Always wondered why you can regulate the height of halogens with the E61 in the first place as with the rear suspension autoleveling there is never a need to do this, even the manual says to not use it.
