There is a guy local to me that is selling LM reps by Reeva wheels, but I am not sure if I can get them to fit on my car(2004 545i). Any advise would be appreciatted.

Since these wheels were on a E39, the center bore is not 72.56. It is 74.1. Besides that, it will fit the E60 RWD. However, you want to get hub rings, and possibly some spacers. Especially on the rear, if you want them pretty flush.

i think they will fit, and you will need hub centric rings.

I am stiil up in the air about buying them. Just does not seem right. I live about 25 miles away from him and he wants to ship the wheels to me be cause he can get cheap shipping. When it will cost me aleast $70 including shipping and paypal fees. I am going to keep pushing for local pickup and see what he says.

Something sounds fishy. Are they tweaked or something?
