Go to the Umnitza website and see what's available for you car, I will tell you xenon/HID bulbs do not work in halogen lights, its a whole different set up.

There are tons of HID conversions kits which will give the best results

What year is your E60? If you just want a halogen upgrade bulb, you can go with a set of Xenesis Tru Match Bulbs for your highs, lows and fogs. These are a blue coated halogen bulb that upgrades the color to a more pure white output.

Your car takes an H7 for the high and low beams. You can retrofit xenons into your car but it's best to do it with a full OEM projector headlight swap as if you install HIDs into your existing housings, you will get a lot of glare. With a xenon retrofit, you will need to have the LCM reflashed to enable this functionality as otherwise they will not work correctly and produce bulb out warnings. You can search the forums about a xenon retrofit but I find by and large that a xenon retrofit is more expensive and annoying to do than just finding another car with them from the factory.
