Does anyone know how to get the housing of the light out? Im trying to change to LED lights but i cant get the thing out.... Please help

you make it look so easy!
When i try to slide it over it doesnt budge. i tried sticking a flathead in and moving it over and it still wont move...

haha yeah i tried doing it like the video but it felt like my nails were gonna break
