I am about to have the rear tail lights on my 520d replaced under warranty, and am considering upgrading to the LED version.

I heard that there is a conversion harness which does not cause idrive issues.

Doesn anyone know the cost ?

You really need to discuss this (and many other matters you have posted today) with your BMW dealer.

Why would the tail lights be replaced under warranty, what's wrong with them?

Also forget about the seat change, very costly.

Wouldn't one post been enough?

Strangely botth my tail lights have been effected by water ingress and have grown a nice culture of algae !

the posting thing is because my PM function was recently deleted by the spamming issue and I have not been back to the forum for a few months.

Thanks,

Tim

The cost of the wireing is cheap. But you might need to change your light control mondule depending on when your car was built.

Great I will do that - I can see there are a few trails on this that seem to lead to Bruce...
