I got a set of reversing lights off Mike at f1 Autoha?s, he said they would show an error on start up (which they did)! That I could live with, if they would have been bright enough. so I lived with them for a few days, and they just weren't up to the job. they were only $10 for the pair, so no biggie, but worth a try, here's a day time pic, stock on the right!

My Ride: 2006 530xi (Titanium Grey/ Black interior) Debaged, L.e.d. light upgrade throughout. ACS roof spoiler. H&R sport sprigs, Angel eye upgrade, euro sticker, ,matte black grills.
I ran 50ohm 10 watt resistors to mine and a very fast error code on start up. Kind of like the car says...."wait, your bulb is...Forget it, my mistake".
Thats it. I will try the 100ohm resistor this week to see the difference. I love it though. 5 led's per bulb. Bright enough for me. I could've went with the 15 led bulb but didnt think it would fit, so opted for this one. I got mine at super lumination.com but you can try superbright leds.com.
