Well, think of it this way... good LEDs will last approx 20,000 hours (from the ones I have seen, some are rated to be longer). Say you drive on average 2 hours a day, it'll last you 10,000 days which translates into a little more than 27 years.

I really don't think you have much to worry about. They'll easily outlast however long you have the car.
