Leather armrest

My Ride: 545i SMG with Limited Slip Differential
Model Year: 2005
They forgot to fix the leather under the SMG lever .
Can I fix it by myself, right ?
It seems very simple but I don't want to risk to ruin anything

The cruise control little tab is green (and enlighted!) instead of white!
