I don't think they are, because the Euro version blink Amber, whereas the US versions blink Red.
Thats what I was thinking. Anyone know this for sure?

Update: I contacted Garry from BMWofNewport, he gave me a part number of: 63217180515. So the part numbers are different.

Bruce he couldn't believe someone made a plug and play cable.

With the discount of 25%, they come out to $200.25/each

Hmm... that's more affordable than the group buy that was going around earlier.

Would Gary lower the price even more for the group buy ? If not, there is no need to hold a group buy. Maybe, a group buy of Bruce latest cable if he can offer a lower price. Just a thought.

The whole point of this exercise, at least as far as I am concerned, is to get YELLOW LED signal lights. The red ones are so, well, "not from the Fatherland..."

Hey Bruce,

Congrats about your baby!

If you would like to run the LCI Headlights retrofit let me know. I could send my set to you.

Thanks,

Alex

To be honest, I would rather have the red blinkers. I have always hated amber turn signals.

The red LED's appear pink (to me at least) in the clear part of the tail lamp. That's one reason I would prefer the amber signal LED's. And I think most people want amber to keep to the EU look. <shrugs>
