A junkyard is where I got my Xenon-Adaptive LCI headlights for $450 (shipped). They were virtually brand new, just a bit dusty on the outside. Here it is after I had them swapped in:

The LCI tail lights were $100, which was actually less than I ended up selling my pre-LCI ones for. I guess it's only helpful to people who want to pay 1/3 to 1/5 of the going rate.

The easiest way to find one is simply do an online search.

You'll get a list of a few places that have them. Give them a buzz and talk with a live person.
When I found mine, I found places varied from that $450 all the way up to about $1500 (for those LCI Xenon Adaptive headlights). LCI Tail lights seemed pretty cheap across the board though.

Don't count on it. I spoke to a bunch of them and they quoted $420! More than the dealer! You know what they say....if it's too good to be true, it probably is.

so if I get the LCI tail lights for 06 5er, do I need cable or something not to get error code?
or is it just plug and play thing?

It's not plug and play. You need either Bruce M's cables, or go through the entire change (LCI headlights, LCM, wiring, software, etc).

Yes, but you can look in the Group By area - there are several GB's for cables with no error codes OR just PM Bruce Miranda directly.
i don't see any difference btw them..
