I am trying to go through cheaper route and not pay $$$ for cables. (even though I had v1, v3, v4, v5, v6 before). I was one of the first group that had the LCI tails through a group buy with some members here. And I got those tails back then for $420 shipped. Its funny how its more expensive nowdays.

There is a method to do the cheaper route but i'm still researching it before i pull the trigger for the materials.
Cable part number is correct and I also used.

Can do but not fully as same as LCI. It's because I never find the original LCI brake effect is pretty enough. I mod and posted to DIY with special brake effect 5 months ago, the idea of showing off the rods even when at stop lights.

Can I use the set (61120432110) also only for the rear lights conversion?

Yes you can, it has an extra cable for the LED tails which will need to be connected to the positive battery terminal along with a relay so it switches on when the rear inner bulbs switch on. Two of the wires on this cable are in the wrong pins, so make sure you change that before fitting - the wire colours should match the order of your existing wiring.

Alternatively you can get Bruce_Miranda's plug and play cable set with the Ricky Brake effect! (although I think you can swap around the brake and fog light pins using the OEM conversion cable, to get the Ricky brake effect.
