I have Eibachs and yours looks about the same as mine. Also running 245x35x20 on the fronts.
I had the plastic piece which sticks out where the front inner arch meets the bumper, plus a bit of arch rolling and now its fine.

Thanks for the pics Dutch. Your looks identical to mine. So did you remove the inner liner?

No the inner liner you would be best to keep as it protects from water getting into places. Just roll the inner metal arch and cut the plastic bit that sticks out. What my garage did was to heat the plastic inner liner and bent it a bit to give me even more room.
Its not a big job, any of it.

if youre rubbing on the fender, rolling the fenders would cure it. another place you could possibly rubbing (and is pretty common) is a hard plastic piece where the front bumper meets the fender on the inside of the wheel well. that piece can be sanded down no problem if it turns out to be that piece.
