look for any tire marks on fender lip inner fender panel they'll be bright white lol , Then you'll see tiny marks on tire.By the picture of the rear your about one fingers gap that might not be enough when you take in consideration driving speed bumps, uneven roads etc.. I had a person sit in my car and the rear went down 1/8 inch and i know the rear will go past that when at speed of normal driving.
Measure from center of hub to lip of fender and give us the number.
i think when you went to a 33 offset you put your tire right under the fender so its probably rubbing right on that flat part put your hand there and feel for tire rubber

To do a quick adjustment jack the car up, take out set screw, take wheel off, then adjust accordingly FYI dont worry about how many threads, if you move perch up or down an inch than the car will raise or lower an inch. Its Linear !
