Hi All,

I'm going to do my quad tip exhaust soon. I just need some recommendations.


Does anyone know of a place that has done that custom piping and exhaust? I have both exhaust mufflers and the X pipe, I would obviously need tips and piping from them.



Actually, Any sites that sell good tips for a quad setup? something semi big, that fills up the exhaust gap on the M5 rear bumper. and of course, not too big like a rice rocket?

Mike,

It's not Queens, but this shop is HIGHLY recommended by many of the M5, M3 and BMW enthusiasts in the NY area. It's called American Muffler in Westbury. This is where I went and they did an EXCELLENT job.

Up to you, but just wanted to throw that out there. Make and appointment and be the first one there in the morning, so you car can go right up. Otherwise, plan on spending the day there if you're late. They get THAT busy.

PS - Go with the magnaflow quad set-up. There are a bunch of members on here that have done this. I like the tips I have on my car. With quads, it would even look better. I think they're clean, big and look aggressive.

I actually just ordered some tips, Vibrant 3.5 tips.

And I've got 2 Borla pro XS Mufflers and an X-Pipe already.


But I will shop around for the custom Exhaust shop.

I can't wait!!
