Thanks, I need to buy an HD video camera...haven't gotten around to it. I'm used to always using my flip video cam.

I changed my 535i exhaust as soon as RPI had one available. The gains are amazing and I actually ended up selling it for $1100.00 when I parted it out.
RPI is having a clearance sale on the 535i/ix exhausts. the gains are 10-12 WHP and 25 ft/lbs or torque!
they are high temp decals. They were prototyped on the RPI shop 135i and have passed the test with flying colors

They are NOT a high temp sticker. They are just a higher quality vinyl that can resist a certain temp within reason. The dual tips on our exhaust systems are actually 2 pipes per tip. How we make it is we flare out the inner pipe and weld the edge to the outer pipe. Then we grind the weld down and polish it making it look "folded". This helps with heat transfered to the bumper and also helps with discoloration of the tips ( i know some of you like that). Because of that, the vinyl wont melt off on our tip.

There is no need for shorter rubber hangers unless people want the tips to stay at the position they are at with it low. https://5series.net/forums/index.php?showto...p;#entry1019359
Its a simple adjustment with the front clamp which is/supposed to be done during installation.

David - Can you send me a set of these decals for my exhaust. Don't forget that I need 4...and maybe a few extra's, in case I screw up the first couple of times. Eloy has my mailing address. Thanks!
