Just changed my CCC and fm/am radio does not work

Is this a defected CCC unit or does it just need to be coded? Everything else works on it. Or could it be the installer forgot to hook up the antenna?

it could be the antenna for the radio i forgot to put mine back when i changed my ccc

So it wouldnt let you select "fm" and after you plugged in the antenna it did?

sounds like a coding issue....like blood asked, who did your coding? perhaps something was forgotten...
