Do a search, someone here did it in an M5 and he moved the AMP and some bars and was able to get it to work.

I have the Logic 7 and the JL Audio Stealthbox.

In order to use the stealthbox with Logic 7 you must either relocate the Logic 7 amp, or modify the stealthbox to fit. My installers modified the box by cutting out a notch and re-fiberglassing it. In retrospect, I would have preferred if they just relocated the Logic 7 amp.

I would strongly suggest using a lot of Dynamat in the trunk, especially the driver side of the trunk where the stealthbox fits. Our cars rattle like a mofo, and it sounds really ghetto from outside. haha.

Sound quality is good, as long as you do sufficient dampening to take care of rattles.
You do need to make sure you select a strong amplifier since this is a sealed enclosure, and the E60 trunk is a very effective "bass trap." In addition, I keep my ski pass open most of the time to allow more bass into the cabin.

Then you will want a fairly strong amplifier.

I am running my stealthbox with a JL Audio HD750/1 amp. That would be my recommendation.

Oh.... one more tip I would like to make:

I suggest having a subwoofer level control available to you up front. This will be very handy for adjusting the output of the woofer depending on the level of your audio source.

I am running my system off an Audison BitOne processor which offers Subwoofer level contol separate from the main volume. I use it constantly, and especially when I have the ski pass closed vs. open. (i.e. more sub level when close, less when open)
