I installed this about 2 months ago on my 2008 E61 wagon. I've put about 5K miles on so not many miles but from my experience with other turbo cars (Supra, Evo, 996TT) I can tell you that JB4 is an awesome mod, especially for the money. The acceleration is most noticable up to 80-90mph. Once the engine gets over 5500rpm, the boost will start dropping (as with most small turbos, they can't hold boost at high rpms). MPG's is about the same as stock, if it drops at all you're just driving faster.

If this helps at all, from 70-110mph a stock Porsche 996TT only puts max 1 car length on my wagon.
