iPod display...

Ok, I've got the '08 535xi with iPod adapter. I got the latest gen. Nano. Everything is attached properly.
I use the iDrive to go to my playlists. (I've got my music separated into playlists by decade.) I select a playlist and music starts. My problem is that in the iDrive display, only the title of the song is shown. I've painstakingly put the year released, the album title, the name of the band, etc., into the iPod. But it doesn't show on the iDrive screen.
Could someone PLEASE....PLEASE tell my how I can display all this other information in the iDrive screen when I'm listening to my iPod???
