Sufu,
what you might think of doing is chaging your wheels to something around 20 lbs each - which is going to shave off about 40lbs and increase you hp at the wheels - perhaps replace the flywheel with a dinan (also lighter and an incrase of hp), then replace for a lighter exhaust - with BMW's its a mixed sum gain.
Since you can't just throw a supercharger in there, although you never know in the future, its a constant lightning of the car and expensive tuning just to reach 2006 550 hp status or in your case 2006 530 hp gains.
Anyway, I like the cold intake idea, we just have to wait fr dinan or another reputable manufacturer to invent!

another reason why I wanted to have intake first is....I wanna have louder sound
while I drive
How about the exhaust ? how much will it really help? Just few HP?....

sufu,
I had the Gruppe M intake in mind at first, but i backed out immediately after seeing the price of it. It is ridiculous that an intake can cost $1500 USD.
So i went for Powerchip instead. I paid about $500+ for the chip. They claimed that you will get better fuel economy. and gained about 15-20hp. In my experiences, i do notice slight differences especially when you push it hard after 40mph. As for fuel economy, i get slightly better fuel economy than before.. NOT MUCH but slightly better.
Do you live in S.Cal? Go to EuroRev if you want to do the chipping.. they are able to do it in less than an hr for you.
