Nope, I just got them and when I seem on the E90 fourm they tend to look purpleish and white vs mine are blue and white.

Ohhh, efficient is always better! How would I got about wiring that though? The black and red to the car power supply then the yellow and black to the media player? I cut the wires from the media player plug?

Maybe it's the v1 your seeing pics of? v2s are probably cleaner whiter.

They're nicely white at night. They show a hint of blue when they shine onto something. For example a wall or the road when there is no street lights. I believe the v1s are more blue then purple. A buddy of mine has him on his e60 and they're much more bluish in the rings.

I need to take a look at my at that angel at night and see, but mine does seem more blueish and if you look at it straight on it's white. As you can see from the photo below.
